Ava Khera Art Show
Join us at eighteen to enjoy an art viewing from Ava Khera, the talent behind the new art in reception. This event is open for the entire building! Prossecco and Nibbles will be provided. Ava Khera is an award-winning artist based in Birmingham UK, best known for her dynamic figurative and surrealist works. Having graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in design in 2015, Ava has since travelled the world and gained a previous 8-year career as a professional luxury designer, before returning to the UK and establishing a career in fine art over the last several years. Ava has an exquisite eye for expressive forms and delicate detail with a unique expression of emotional depth. Through a dynamic process, Ava builds layers of interest and various textures through impasto and scraping with a palette knife. The juxtaposition of bold strokes with refined details in her work creates a beautiful complexity. Blending her views on the modern female experience, Ava combines her passion for mythology and the natural world to create compelling narratives. Currently, Ava's work is receiving global recognition through gallery exhibitions across the UK and representation with Lambert Fine Art Gallery in Stratford-Upon-Avon. In 2023, she received the UK Women In Art Prize Flux Award in London, exhibited at the Mall Galleries with the first Annual Women in Art Fair and most recently won 1st prize in the 2024 Birmingham Creates: Open Exhibition.
